Frequently asked questions

What do statutory auditors do when signs of crisis emerge?

The Insolvency Code requires the supervisory body to notify the board in writing when the conditions for a negotiated settlement are met, asking for a reply within a set deadline. The auditor assesses going concern and reports on it in the audit opinion.
