Privacy notice

This notice explains how Link Audit S.r.l. processes personal data collected through linkaudit.it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we process and why

Contact form. Name, email, and optionally phone, organisation and the content of your message, to reply to your enquiry and handle pre-contractual requests (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Applications are handled to evaluate candidates on your request.

Browsing data. The hosting servers record technical data (such as IP address, date and time, page requested) in logs needed for security and operation of the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics. With Matomo, installed on our own hosting, we record pages visited, documents downloaded, the website or campaign link you came from, browser, device and approximate country. No cookies are used and the IP address is anonymised, so visitors cannot be identified. The purpose is to improve the site and measure interest in our content (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Browsers set to “Do Not Track” are not recorded.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless an engagement follows. Applications are kept for up to 12 months. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes. Detailed statistics data is deleted after 13 months; only aggregate reports are kept.

Recipients

Data is handled by the partners and authorised staff of Link Audit. The website and email are hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy, acting as data processor. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area by Link Audit.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). garanteprivacy.it
